Mothers Day is around the corner and we know it hard for some being away from your moms and mom figures. For some the memory of a mother lost or the heart wrenching life of not knowing your mom at all. We want to reach out to ensure your mental health isn’t compromised during these uncertain times.

We want to bring good news that you may be lonely, but are never alone. here’s some unique things you can do during Quarantine:

  1. If you have a mom: Have a virtual spa party. Plan a day of relaxation and share the moment with your mom via Zoom, FaceTime or on Google Hangouts. 2. For mom figures: Have an on-line awards ceremony. Try mailing a trophy or even emailing a certificate and invitation inviting her to the party. 3. For the mom you may have lost or desire: Take a mindfulness moment and write a love letter. Be sure to set the tone with candles or go to quite space to write your letter. After you write the letter you can have a release party by tying it to a balloon, you can mail it to a friend (tell them don’t read it), it’ll just help you release it or you can keep it in a mason jar for safe keeping.
